I spent four nights at the Stanhope Hotel By Thon Hotels while exploring Brussels, and overall it was a lovely stay. The hotel boasts beautiful decor and is well-maintained, giving a touch of elegance. The staff were attentive and helpful, especially Jonathan, who went above and beyond to assist us upon arrival. However, I did experience issues with the air quality in the initial room, which wasn’t ideal. Despite this, the hotel's location near major attractions was very convenient! 🌟🏨

The staff provided amazing personalized service, especially Jonathan, who took care of our luggage and other arrangements seamlessly. They were warm and attentive, making our stay more pleasant. However, there were times when no staff were available at the bar, which could be an issue during peak hours.
